Not a lender
CreditGridPro is a comparison marketplace. We do not lend money, make credit decisions, or guarantee approval. All credit decisions are made by the lender or card issuer.
Estimates, not offers
Prequalified rates are estimates based on a soft credit inquiry and information you provide. Final terms are set by the lender after a full application, which may involve a hard inquiry.
Your authorization
By requesting prequalification you provide written instructions under the FCRA for us to obtain your consumer report from Equifax for that purpose.
Compensation
Lenders and issuers may pay us when you take an offer through the site. Compensation may influence placement but never your price or terms.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service only for your own personal, non-commercial credit shopping, and not to scrape, resell, or misuse content or data.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided as-is. We work to keep information accurate but do not warrant that partner-provided rates, fees, or terms are error-free or current at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreditGridPro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or from decisions made by lenders.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the site.
