When you authorize a prequalification check, you provide written instructions under the Fair Credit Reporting Act for CreditGridPro to obtain your consumer report from Equifax. This is a soft inquiry and does not affect your credit score. You are entitled to a free copy of your credit report annually at AnnualCreditReport.com.

Every authorization is recorded with a timestamp and retained for audit purposes as required by law.
