Right to know
You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, our purposes, and the categories of third parties we share it with.
Right to delete
You may request deletion of personal information we hold, subject to exceptions such as records we must keep under the FCRA and other financial regulations.
Right to correct
You may request correction of inaccurate personal information. Credit report contents must be disputed with the bureau (Equifax) directly; we will point you to that process.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. Where sharing for cross-context advertising occurs, you may opt out via the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link.
Right to limit sensitive information
You may limit our use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the services you request.
Non-discrimination
We will never deny services, charge different prices, or degrade quality because you exercised your privacy rights.
How to exercise these rights
Submit a request through our contact page. We verify identity before fulfilling requests and respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may act on your behalf with written permission.
