CreditGridPro launches a free loan marketplace built on soft credit checks

CreditGridPro today announced the launch of its free comparison marketplace for personal loans, built around a simple principle: consumers should see the offers they actually qualify for before filing a single application.

Applying for credit blind carries real costs. Each formal application adds a hard inquiry to the applicant's credit file, and denials — often predictable in advance — cost time and confidence. CreditGridPro reverses the sequence: with the user's written consent under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the platform reads their Equifax credit profile using a soft inquiry, matches it against real underwriting criteria across its lending network, and presents estimated APRs, monthly payments, and approval odds. Soft inquiries are invisible to lenders and never affect a credit score.

The platform is free for consumers, permanently. CreditGridPro is compensated by lending partners when a user takes an offer; that compensation never changes the rate or terms a consumer receives.

Offer matching is powered through Engine by MoneyLion, a marketplace infrastructure connecting more than a thousand financial institutions, with credit data provided by Equifax using the VantageScore 3.0 model. Every prequalification consent is recorded with a timestamp before any credit data is accessed — a compliance guarantee enforced in the platform's code, not just its policy.
